The collaboration cycle. Here full post is here. This of course relys on the school having an EdTech on hand to do this. It illustrates really well how much a school needs to create roles of people to faciliate this – and perhaps more importantly how totally frustrating it is when the only opportunities to do this are created informally lets say.
It highlights just how the traditional idea of professional development continues to fail – when it comes to classroom support and changes in the ‘norms’ so many want to see happening. If you have not yet added Kim as an RSS feed – then do yourself a favour! This is probably the most inspiring conversation I’d been following this year.
